Talking Therapy
Talking therapy involves working with an external Private Mental Health Therapist to help children understand and cope with problems they may be having affecting their emotional or mental health. Sessions may be one-to-one, or group play based sessions, to help deal with emotional problems such as anxiety, family problems, phobias or trauma.
Talking therapy can help students to make sense of things and understand themselves and their feelings better. Children have a safe time and place to talk to someone who will not judge them.
